Clients are usually able to achieve their goal in 1 to 3 sessions. The number of sessions depends on where you are in terms of your goal and your resources. The sessions respect each person’s pace.

We always put indicators that you are moving toward achieving your objective and we work in such a way that each session is useful and allows you to take one more step in the right direction.
